<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">在眼球中央電視台粉絲頁，選擇只追蹤（follow，不讓朋友知道自己按讚）的人與按讚（like）的粉絲之間，差距多達2637人，「這些人可能會關注但未必認同我們，」製作人動眼神經 說，「但那也沒關係，因為我們要做的是對話的平台。」</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">她希望不同政治立場的人，至少可以因此有機會在留言交流彼此的想法，帶動對議題的討論。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">在臺灣嘲諷政治的節目，大家很容易聯想到《全民大悶鍋》（《全民最大黨》前身），因為演員的模仿功力強，能精準掌握到政治人物的神韻，而博得觀眾好評，但並沒有針對議題更進一步嘲諷。而一些政論節目雖然是討論時事議題，詮釋方式「又太誇張」，動眼神經認為嘲諷的目的，不該只是為了搞笑，也要解釋為什麼會是這樣子。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">眼球央視的反諷語言設計，是把一個不合邏輯的荒謬點「誇張化」，挪用到很多事情來說。</span></span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">比如法務部長邱太三在憲法法庭上講的「考考妣妣」，視網膜就順著他的邏輯播報，洗澡該是「鴛鴛浴」還是「鴦鴦浴」，甚至跑題到「鳳凰于飛」是「鳳鳳于飛」還是「凰凰于飛」，或者「鳳飛飛」？</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">有些人可能會質疑，會不會用反串、嘲諷的口吻，反而阻礙了議題正面訴求的空間，或是沒辦法讓關注者可以到現場聲援行動。動眼神經認為這取決於反串是否「到位」，有些人反串不夠到位還造成反效果，要到位，就要把破綻揭露出來。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">她舉例，去年12月10日的婚姻平權音樂會，視網膜在節目上呼籲「中華兒女上街反包圍放蕩主義份子」，就是一種另類動員宣傳。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">「我覺得我們在創造次文化的語言，」動眼神經說，自去年520蔡英文總統上台，眼球央視的「世界觀」設定也逐漸摸索成形。從稱呼蔡英文為「中國總統」，到「中華兒女」、「災胞」、「令人髮指」、「蔣公逆流而上」…..，有些詞彙原來就有，但被眼球央視重新定義出好玩的風格，還會讓人想用來稱呼自己，像是「放蕩主義份子」，應該已經成為眼球央視鐵粉們樂於調侃自己的用語。</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br />

</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">另一種語言像是「廠廠」，是原先在PTT鄉民就有討論過的梗，但真正爆紅其實是在眼球央視的播報後，掀起一陣流行。有趣的是，「廠廠」的唸法似乎與視網膜的口語表達也特別合拍，每當唸到「廠廠」時，既像某種停頓的節奏，又有點綴語氣的效果。</span></span></p>
