<h3><span style="color: #000000;">你認為現在大家熱烈討論的「知識變現」,究竟能夠成功的變現的關鍵是?</span></h3>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">「知識變現」不是突然冒出來的說法,過去的「知識變現<wbr />」像是出書、課程、訓練,現在要回應的命題不是內容能不<wbr />能賺錢,而是伴隨新的生態出現,像中國的音頻平台,和台<wbr />灣的群眾募資平台,從團隊專案走向個人創作者的趨勢,以<wbr />及人文內容在這幾年來從強調「無用之用」,走到市場化的<wbr />契機。</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">在現在這一波知識付費的潮流中,我認為知識型網紅重要的<wbr />還是「網紅」,網紅擁有一定的名氣和影響力,大家是因為<wbr />信任你的影響力而付費,這種影響力也可以稱作「知性權威<wbr />」,有別於傳統型權威是專業學經歷或證照制度認可的,知性權威比較多是靠業界或實務經驗建立起專業,結合外表與強烈的個人風格,進行不同領域跨界的轉換過程。</span></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">對我來說,現在做成功的「知識變現」都是「人格化」的成<wbr />功。</span><span style="color: #000000;">好的內容付費會做到兩點,ㄧ是分眾明確,二是會確立本身<wbr />的風格,像PressPlay 這種內容經紀公司,就會為內容創作者的風格、魅力做定位<wbr />,也會考量面向什麼受眾、進行哪種溝通等,切出屬於他的<wbr />市場,這就是知性權威的打造過程。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">通常也會以跨界的方式表現,將專業領域與大眾感興趣的部<wbr />分關聯起來,比如泛科學最近寫「神力女超人」角色的科學<wbr />面向,因此創作者也需要擅長做知識轉譯的工作。</span></p>

<h3><span style="color: #000000;">批踢踢八卦版沒有打賞機制,為什麼會有大神願意給出專業<wbr />回答?這些受歡迎的回答大概都具備哪些特質? </span></h3>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">有些人看的不是錢,而是個人品牌的打造。但這也只是經<wbr />濟學的解釋,因為不是每個人都這麼有功利心的策劃自己以<wbr />後會藉此累積名氣、賺大錢的結果。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">我之前訪問到的人起初都是做興趣,比較多是參與「遊戲感<wbr />」的概念,因為人在資本主義社會被被剝奪很多自主性的空間,但在八卦版發文自主性很高,可以得到即時反饋,能夠達到自我實現。另外一個重要原因是,這個社群受到之前大大無私奉獻分<wbr />享,因此自己也主動分享知識或經驗,大家就不會計較有沒<wbr />有「等價」發文,而是藉此與他人建立連結,促成互惠的關<wbr />係。</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">八卦版的專業文,經常會給出很鉅細靡遺的細節,且很有條<wbr />理、有系統性地講,給人好像沒辦法檢驗是對是錯,但看起<wbr />來非常厲害的感覺。但不只是是專業,還會不時置入鄉民梗<wbr />,語言口吻上會喚起社群的共鳴。有些長期發文的人也會帶<wbr />有自己的強烈風格,辨識度很高。</span></p>
