<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">很長一段時間以來，每個農曆新年的除夕夜，看中國中央電視台的春節聯歡晚會，已經成了中國人，甚至海外華僑的過年習俗之一。春晚雲集中港台乃至海外的明星大腕，節目品質甚高。但似乎是這幾年來，央視春晚又變了味道，全程歌功頌德大舉紅旗，再沒有家庭笑鬧與青春幽默，只有反腐倡廉等「社會主義核心價值觀」的軟廣告。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">今年春節時，許多中國大陸的網民們，更確切說是年輕人們，已經放棄了對中國央視春晚的期待，本來每年除夕全民在微博上吐槽春晚的搞笑段子，也因為節目太過僵硬，又紅又專，「段子手」們也不知從何吐槽起。於是，在海外生活的中國大陸公民，或是長期有翻牆習慣的網民們，便注意到了台灣的新媒體——「眼球中央電視台」，在今年除夕播出的「中華民國106年春晚」。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">主持人在台上拜年，用「中華民國大陸淪陷區災胞」、「港澳特別淪陷區同胞」等中華民國框架下的語句，模仿中國央視春晚的經典開場。回顧中華民國105年「全面深化島內思想改革、全面落實只說政府好話、全面檢討反政府言論、全面奉承領導人馬、全面樂觀看待國家危難」。宴會廳中，餐桌以中華民國的各省份命名，台上表演著如「中華民國頌」的愛國歌曲。當全民揮舞中華民國國旗的場面出現，「青天白日滿地紅」仿佛穿越時空。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">寒假還在家裡時，翻牆看到了「台灣驚現中華民國央視」的許多新聞報導，也被它吸引，於是就成為這個自稱「中華民國正統官媒」，惡搞網路媒體的忠實粉絲。他們平時的新聞節目，亦是模仿中國中央電視台的語言風格，用故作正經的普通話口音做新聞播報，並忠於中華民國憲法——「中華民國是全中國合法政府」，用各種段子諷刺當下時事。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">3月31日，是Yahoo TV新節目「央視鬥風向」的首播，邀請眼球央視的「視網膜」做主持人，范雲與溫朗東，對上苗博雅與甯智宇，分別扮演「政治力是否該退出校園」的正、反方唇槍舌戰，並在台大博雅教室現場直播。眼球央視給這場辯論冠以「戰翻時事、思辨社會、鬥垮不成材的思想」的口號。當晚，教室外，赫然豎立著一面眼球央視自製的「一中承諾書」簽名牆，引來無數人在上簽名留言，諷刺時下台灣一些大學承諾「不向陸生傳授台獨相關課程」。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">被冠以「相當不知名的立委落選人」頭銜的苗博雅，與「政大野火陣線暴民」的甯智宇作為反方代表，主張「政治力不應退出校園」。一時間段子頻出，「新增10學分三民主義必修課」、「論文替代役」、「蔣公逆流而上」、「支持國父思想檢定中高級通過」等等借助「中華民國在台灣」的典故，以聲稱「只有國民黨應該留在校園」的「浩然正氣」，反諷國民黨曾經的威權統治與中華民國框架的荒謬。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">另一邊，被主持人戲稱為「中華社民黨、野百合暴民」的范雲，以及「傲嬌」作家溫朗東，則站在正方的角度闡述政治力對校園的危害。有趣的是，也許是正方兩位辯手自是嚴肅慣了，坦承自己並不擅長搞笑節目，期許觀眾能有所思考。憂鬱的作家自言「不能談論政治的校園才是政治力最大的體現」。而身經百戰的教授則認真地向觀眾解釋了「政治力」的定義，即「由上而下地用行政資源排除競爭者」。范雲提到，年輕人倘若多聽中老年人講歷史便會得知政治力在校園的可怕，如今台大校內的陳文成廣場就是最好的佐證。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">兩個小時下來，我這個坐在觀眾席裡的「淪陷區災胞」，一邊暗自慶倖自己沒有被指認為「共諜」，也一邊看著滿目的「青天白日旗與台獨啤酒共存」的周遭，想像自己處於夾縫的生存空間與特殊觀感。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">對比中國大陸，類似的政治嘲弄，只能算的上意味複雜的「膜蛤文化」。「膜蛤文化」起源於幾年前，我尚在高中時，政治權與言論自由受到壓抑的網路青年，在逐漸娛樂化的網路空間裡，模仿中國領導人江澤民特立獨行的滑稽行為與語句，被一群關心政治的青年熱烈加工後廣為傳播。當時中國社會在網路上對於政治話題的風氣已經形成固定模式，「高端黑」成了中國網友的經典幽默力。後來，從對江澤民或「黑」或「粉」態度的轉換、語義的演變，到「蛤絲」群體的擴散與變質，中國年輕人從積極反抗的思想覺醒，走向虛無主義的娛樂消遣。</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">這一切在近年風氣大縮緊的變動下結束。如今的牆內網路，一切關於「膜蛤」的討論已被「和諧」。伴隨著公眾對年歲已高的江澤民健康狀況的並不知情，這一極為值得研究的「膜蛤文化」，就這樣處於一個被噤聲的環境中，或許有一天終將成為歷史。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">而在台灣社會，令人尷尬的中華民國符號早已成為了年輕人嘲笑挖苦的對象。眼球央視的創作，正彰顯現今能夠在校園中自在談論政治，不被政黨力量介入的自由。幾十年前的台灣，政黨用隔空的想像動員民眾，讓島嶼沉浸在對自己和對岸都強烈的不瞭解中。豐滿的理想與骨感的現實之差距，終難讓公眾信服。公眾認同感不再，加速了威權體制的幻滅。如今，放眼華人世界，也只有在台灣，國家與政黨，能成為大眾娛樂的消遣對象。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">政治嘲弄使原本只屬於官方的話語變得「接地氣」，無論何種身家背景的人都能夠參與其中，會心一笑。它不在於告訴民眾孰是孰非，或是欺騙隱瞞什麼，而是告訴我們，這是新時代的幽默。無可辯駁的是，這也就是事實。</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">然而，台灣的政治難題並不會因為眼球央視的娛樂狂歡而解，該「中華民國」的依然不敢自改「台灣國」，該「中華台北」的也依然是「臺澎金馬關稅區」。同樣，中國大陸幾年前的「膜蛤」雖在一定程度上突破了政治話語的封鎖，但樂在其中的年輕人們，誰也沒有能耐將娛樂轉化為行動，更遑論言論空間重新被縮緊的年代。</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">再者，閱聽人倘若要對諷刺對象產生共鳴，需對諷刺對象有深刻的認識。「淪陷區災胞」終究來自淪陷區，沒有經過中華民國教科書的洗禮，沒有自幼而生的，對這場狂歡嘲諷之對象的情緒。當我興奮地向台灣朋友介紹「膜蛤」的逗趣所在，也只見朋友們似懂非懂的笑容。次文化，實則難以跨過「哏」的不同的溝渠。終究是要更多背景與經歷的輸入，才能讓政治嘲弄的在每個觀眾身上，有最足夠豐盈的共鳴輸出。也正因此，坐在台下的「災胞」如我，怕是並無太多學理上的收穫了。</span></p>
<p> </p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">更進一步說，諷刺與嘲弄的創作，意在激發創作者和觀眾共同的玩味，並非確實主張如此這般，而是重在對觀眾的啟發。「央視鬥風向」讓議題得以娛樂化地透過反串進行辯論，但認真嚴肅地闡明這項議題的任務，還是得由不擅長搞笑的「正方」 二位來承擔。所以一場政治嘲弄可以警醒世人，卻未必是探討議題最精準深切的方式。</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">但無論如何，在這樣科技匯流、全民娛樂的年代，我們當然樂見用輕鬆與歡笑的態度，戲耍塵封在歷史，卻又尷尬地籠罩在現實的政治話語。它不能改變什麼現實，但能改變我們對待政治的態度、心情與談資，讓更多人對將來的政治探討，有了更多想像空間。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">畢竟我們追捧政治嘲弄，為的是不必憂心這些誇張的術語成為現實的時刻。</span></p>
