<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">用10分鐘不到的短片，有可能解釋清楚嚴肅的法律問題嗎？「法律吧」運用高密度、快節奏的對白，打造武松打虎版本的動畫法庭劇，結尾還有華麗的Rap片尾曲。擔任法律顧問的苗博雅在</span><a href="https://www.facebook.com/miaopoya.sdp/posts/1349174328495485"><span style="font-weight: 400;">臉書</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">分享「法律吧」第一集幕後發想，參考了日劇《Legal high》和《三隻小豬》，她發現「越是重要的法律問題，就越有甲乙丙丁說，還有程序和實體的交錯。要犧牲多少？換取什麼？經過很多掙扎。」</span></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">在第一集策劃探討的兩個法律問題，一是「緘默能不能作為有罪的證據？理由是？」，二是「違反正當法律程序取得的證據，以及憑著該違法取得的證據再取得的衍生證據，能不能作為有罪的證據？理由各自是？」但有</span><a href="https://www.thenewslens.com/article/67428"><span style="font-weight: 400;">評論文章</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">指出內容有誤導或可能需要調整的地方。</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">動畫中除了盡可能讓法律語言貼近白話，也很有新意的設計七言絕句對白，並主動邀請觀眾用七言絕句來留言，有趣的是，在Youtube影片下還真的被台灣吧的鐵粉們洗版七言絕句的回應。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">法律吧是「大抓周計畫」的分支節目，「大抓周計畫」源自一個簡單的念頭，要是教育也像「追劇」一樣輕鬆有趣，想持續追下去呢？已經完成歷史、經濟、法律三個領域，並累積430萬的觀看次數，實驗吧預計將在今年第四季播出。</span></p>
