<h3><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>① </strong><strong>再有名的人要跨界,都有很多資訊不對稱要克服</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Zen 大和白尊宇都同意,「跨界」最大的問題就是雙方資訊非常不對稱,每個圈子都有自己習慣的合作模式,但是,一個圈子的理所當然,也許正是另一個圈子的不以為然,因此,就算是再有名的人要跨界到另一個領域,也都有很多的資訊不對稱需要克服。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">對於創作者來說,大多數人想專心創作,不擅長談合作、看契約等事情,也不知道要怎麼突破同溫層讓更多人看見;在商業端,很多公司沒有和文創業合作的經驗,不容易給予信任,因此,文創經紀團隊在中間連結資源、建立信任的角色就更顯得重要。</span></p>

<h3><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>② </strong><strong>用文創來解決非文創業的問題,要先找到業主的真實需求</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">除了連結資源和建立信任,白尊宇認為,要促成文創和商業的跨界合作,最重要的是要找到商業端業主真正的需求,如果對方只是衝著創作者的名氣,而不是真的有什麼問題需要解決,那這個合作就不太容易成功。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">Zen大也補充,他認為,創作者還是在比較被動的位置,很多人不知道也不願意去了解消費者的需求,所以有了中間經紀團隊的協助,可以把創作人帶到外面的世界去。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">那麼,在合作中要如何創造雙贏呢?</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">白尊宇舉例,像是設計師詹朴和長榮航空合作,改善前艙贈品的質感,增加品項,並且用台灣廠商的原料,讓公司更能掌握流程,這些改變就是幫助長榮在不增加成本的情況下,提升品牌的價值,讓乘客在花錢的時候覺得自己買的很值得。而設計師也藉由這個機會,接觸到更多自己潛在的消費者,形成雙贏。</span></p>

<h3><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>③ </strong><strong>走出創作者的同溫層,才能被更多人看見</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">網路社群媒體很發達,每個人都可以選擇自己想看的內容,也讓大家離「跟我不一樣的人」越來越遠,因此,兩位講者都同意,創作者必須要走出創作人的同溫層,才能讓更多人看到。白尊宇舉例,像是聶永真是因為做了選舉的案子,才成為「我媽也認識的設計師」,吳寶春、江振誠,也都是突破原本圈子,才被大家廣泛認識。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">在台灣,to C(對消費者)的消費能量比較有限,但是 to B(對企業)的那端,卻擁有雄厚的資本,如果能透過協助非文創產業解決問題,讓他們把資源、資金投入到文創產業上,就更能讓創作者突破同溫層,有更多的機會。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">因此,他們也指出,不能只依賴網路的流量和曝光,有時主流傳統媒介的宣傳,像是出版一本書、有主流新聞台的報導,都不能忽視。而文創領域現在要做的就是,用這些不同的資源趕快去型塑出一個可以吸引鎂光燈的人,帶動第一個成功的經驗。</span></p>

<h3><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>下一個共同的課題:不只追求被看見,也要喜歡上</strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">兩位講者都認為,其實,資訊傳遞的本質是沒有變的,新的工具只是讓傳遞資訊的速度變快、我們接收的管道有所不同,但是都還是讓訊息跳到我們眼前,去帶動思考和消費。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">然而,白尊宇認為,現在這些都還只是把資訊放到人眼前,但是並沒有考慮到用戶喜不喜歡這個訊息;Zen大也認為,現在的資訊傳遞還只是用眼睛接收,並沒有刺激到更多的感官,關於資訊傳遞和大腦的開發,未來還有很多可能性。</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400; color: #000000;">白尊宇便指出,未來我們共同的課題就是,要怎麼讓大家不只看到我想傳達的資訊,也能喜歡上這些資訊,也許增加跟消費者的互動體驗就是其中一個方向,未來也會有不同的可能。</span></p>
